aliens
for how big the universe is i find it hard to believe that we are the only intellegent life out there but if there was, i think we would have found out by now. so no, i don't think there are aliens. plus i think the drake equation is a bunch of crap and that dude just made it up.

the steady state theory of the universe is that the universe was always there and always will be there.microwave radiation helped show that the universe was formed and wasn't always there.cosmic radiation in the universe is like an echo that the telescope cobe was able to piece together to see what the early universe looked like.Wmap and CBI were created later to get a clearer picture. We found out that iron wasn't around before the big bang and we don't know where it came from.

picture blog hdfn
billions and bilions of galaxys are in the universe. the hdf s took ten days to send enough light to get a picture the hdf n took eleven days. light from the deep field takes 2 to 10 billion years to reach us. since the light takes so long to get here, we are seeing the objcts as they were 2 to 10 billion years ago. the hdfs and hdfn pretty much look the same.
astronomers agree that the universe pretty much looks the same in all directions even though they only have images of the north and south. using a computer is the best way to avoid biased selections.
it is very hard to avoid being biased.

A) No
B) It's almost dead
C) No it cannot
D) The most common type of star in the galaxy
E) They all go through a cycle
It helped us know that all stars develop into black holes. It talked about the mass and time graph scale. It showed the life of a whole bunch of different stars. And the eaglenebula is where the stars are born.

1 the event horizen is the middle of the hole. once ur there, you're stuck. the accelleration to get away from one has to be faster than the speed of light.
2 the escape velocity has to do with the size of the object and its mass, if the object is small and has a lot of mass, you will need nore velocity to escape it. that also describes a black hole. the speed of light is not enough to escape it.
3 the escape velocity must be very high if the size of the black hole is small with a very high mass. light gets bent if it passes to close to a black hole.
4. stellar black holes are created by dying stars super massive black holes are in the middle of a galaxy.
5. they thought black holes were invisible stars.
6.uses the stis to use infrared visible and near ultrviolet light.
7.the volume of a black hole is huge-false
black holes will eventually destroy the universe-false

it's the end of the world as we know it
i don't think we have to worry about any solar flares because if we haven't been destroyed by one yet, then we probably never will. and ma powell says that it probably wont happen so thats another good reason.
